About Me

Pringle Performance is a personal training gym located in Acushnet, MA. It offers incredibly affordable rates, exclusive access to equipment, and a trainer with over 10 years of experience. Additionally, you can bring up to two friends with you at no extra charge!

The owner, Jake Pringle, is a NASM certification recipient and a current high school strength and conditioning coach. He also has a background in college basketball and baseball and has served as a college basketball coach alongside a former NBA All-Star.

 

At Pringle Performance, we create customized fitness plans tailored to your specific goals. Whether you're looking to improve sport-specific strength and conditioning, engage in kickboxing, build muscle, lose fat, prevent injuries, or practice yoga, we have you covered.

The Facility

Located right on the line of New Bedford and Acushnet, Pringle Performance is a private gym with all the professional equipment needed for your customized training program.
